1989 - Communication Matrix - Examined various personality styles and modality types, learned how to identify these styles and types by the way people communicate and how to utilize the appropriate structure when communicating back.

I received my certification in 1992 from the Santa Barbara School of Intuitive Massage. The spiritual element to my work comes from my personal studies here as well as from my time living in India. I use various modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue Bodywork, Lomi Lomi, Esalen, Essential oils Aromatherapy and Polarity energy work. In addition to my own private practice, I've provided bodywork services for travelers staying at some of Santa Barbara's finest hotels and inns including; Biltmore Hotel, Montecito Inn, El Encanto Hotel & Pacifica Suites Santa Barbara. I also provide my services regularly at Pacifica Graduate Institute and I currently serve as a Spiritual Awareness Facilitator, supporting individuals as well as speaking at spiritual gatherings.
